When scheduling an appointment, the receptionist will gather information from you to ensure enough time is allocated for your visit. Depending on your insurance, you might need to bring your referral, consultation request documentation, or other authorization to be seen by one of our physicians.

Once Your Appointment is Scheduled

Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time or 15 minutes early if you need to complete or update registration forms. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled time will be worked into the schedule and seen as soon as possible, but there may be a lengthy wait, and in certain circumstances, you might be asked to reschedule. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patients who might be waiting to see your physician.
